I’ve had the pleasure of working with Julia for over ten years. Her expertise has taken me from doubting I could ever finish a marathon to soon getting ready to train for my 3rd marathon and my very first ultra! Beyond the running, she guides me on nutrition, hydration, and strength training, allowing for a truly balanced approach. She also helps me work on my mindset, which has been key to my growth.
